Judge orders Barbour to redo ballot

JACKSON – A circuit judge has ordered Mississippi’s governor to move a special election for U.S. Senate off the bottom of the November ballot.
Attorneys for Gov. Haley Barbour said they will file a quick appeal to the Mississippi Supreme Court.
