Some areas are voting today …
Aberdeen and Bruce have mayor elections.
Aberdeen voters will make their choice for a new mayor Tuesday. On the ballot will be Democrat Jim Ballard and independent Steve Lance. The winner replaces Cecil Belle.
Running in Bruce for Mayor are:Richard Freelon, W.R. “Chick” Hensley and Robert Edward Oakley.
