OXFORD - A Dec. 15 fundraiser at the Oxford home of attorney Richard “Dickie” Scruggs for the presidential campaign of Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton and featuring former President Bill Clinton has been canceled, a campaign official said Thursday.
